Online Admission Tests and Interview (KIRA)

You will receive an invitation to complete your online interview through your admissions advisor.

Once you have completed your admission application, your admissions advisor will invite you to participate in the online admission interview, based on your profile and the program you are applying for. They will also inform you if it is necessary to take the Graduate Studies Admission Test (PAEP) and/or an English proficiency exam.

What to expect from the interview?

This interview is designed to assess your skills, competencies, and business acumen.

You will only need a device with internet connection, camera, and microphone.
It will take approximately 40–50 minutes to complete. You will have only one opportunity to take the interview.

Pauses are not allowed. However, don’t worry—you will have unlimited practice sessions before starting the actual test.

The interview is conducted in both Spanish and English. For programs taught in English, such as EMBA, MBM, and Online MBA, the interview will be entirely in English. Additionally, these programs require a valid and current English proficiency test. Please consult your advisor for available options.

FAQs

Sí, al estudiar el EGADE MBA puedes vivir experiencias internacionales como intercambios, veranos, el Global Network Week de GNAM y dobles grados.

Yes, it is mandatory for all students in the program, as it is part of the student experience.

This is a full-time program, with a high degree of demand and given its in-person format, students are not recommended to carry out professional activities.

The program manages different class schedules depending on the experiences planned during the quarter.

Most class times are between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM. However, some activities such as workshops or business visits may be carried out at times other than those mentioned above.

The program by design is taught predominantly in Spanish. However, some activities such as international experiences and elective subjects are in English. Therefore, students are required to have to take the TOEFL test.

No, to graduate you just need to approve all courses.

The minimum experience required to enter the EGADE MBA is 3 years. For profiles that do not meet this critieria, we have other programs available like the Master in Business Management (MBM) and the Master in Management (MGN).
