The content of these programs is similar to a certain extent, however, their approaches are different. Usually, MBM students don't have relevant professional experience, so we guide them step by step. The opportunities offered in the program, such as Corporate Immersion Practicums in multinational companies, allow them to advance at a greater speed in their careers.
In an MBA, students already have years of experience, so we cover topics most relevant to them, such as leadership and decision-making.
It largely depends on your personal long-term career goals and the direction you want to take. Additionally, it's important to consider the time commitment and class format of each program.
Corporate Immersion Projects are not paid, however, they do have academic value. There is a possibility that the company decides to hire. However, this is not guaranteed. It will depend on performance, the company's current situation, available positions, etc. It is a decision that depends on the organization.
The MBM is a Master's Degree in Management. Generally, this term is used when pursuing a postgraduate degree immediately after completing an undergraduate degree.
