Andrea Cantú Garza is a doctoral student in the Business Administration program at EGADE Business School. She is currently part of the SWIT Research Center (Sustainable Wealth creation based on Disruptive Innovation and Enabling Technologies), investigating topics linked to sustainability, plastics, and the circular economy. Additionally, she has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Science from James Cook University, Australia.

Tomás Cortés is a human resources executive with more than fourteen years of experience working for multinational and national leading companies. He is responsible for the strategy and operations of a HR center of excellence/shared services, managing talent acquisition, total rewards and payroll functions.
