Anabella Dávila

The research and teaching of Dr. Anabella Dávila has evolved in the fields of the culture of work, strategic human resource management, sustainability, and human development. Her work examines the social logic which governs Latin American organizations. Dr. Dávila has been a professor and guest researcher in several national and international universities and she is an active member of the Academy of Management and the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Level II, CONACYT. In addition to her full-time teaching role at EGADE, Dr. Dávila has previously been Director of the Ph.D.

Ernesto del Castillo

Ernesto del Castillo is currently a Ph.D. candidate at EGADE Business School. Ernesto holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He published part of his master's thesis, in co-authorship, in the Journal of Educational Development. His expertise area is econometrics, focused on panel data and efficiency studies.

Maria Andrea Trujillo Leon

Es investigadora del Grupo de Investigación en Retail y profesora de EGADE Business School y Tecnológico de Monterrey en el área de Mercadotecnia. Entre sus temas de investigación están la calidad en el servicio, satisfacción y lealtad, así como la mercadotecnia verde, sobre los cuales ha publicado artículos y libros. Es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores del Conacyt y tiene más de 25 años de experiencia en docencia, gerencia y consultoría.

Jairo Orozco Triana
Entrepreneurship

Dr. Jairo Orozco is a professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Technological Innovation at EGADE Business School - Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has left a significant mark on the academic and business community with more than 15 years of experience training and motivating people in their decision to start a business and providing his experience in corporate entrepreneurship, innovation, business model redesign, and strategy. He has been a consultant to public and private companies, including the Inter-American Development Bank.

José Luis Pineda Garelli

José Luis Pineda has focused his work on communication, advertising and branding. He obtained an MBA degree from Tecnologico de Monterrey, and has a PhD in Audiovisual Communication and Advertising from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. His research interests focus on the domestication of new communication technologies, as well as on building relationships between brands and their audiences in both online and offline environments.

Alberto López Hernández

Alberto López earned a Doctorate in Administrative Sciences with a specialty in Marketing from the EGADE Business School. Additionally, he completed a postdoctoral program in Business Data Analytics at the University of Texas. He is a member of the National System of Conahcyt Researchers, level 1. He currently works as a professor in the Department of Marketing and Analysis at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has been an international visiting professor at universities in Spain, Germany and the United States.

Verónica Salcedo Fierro

I am a professor in the Accounting and Finance Department of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Guadalajara. Leader of the Western Region of the FAIR (Center for Financial Access, Inclusion and Research), Consultant in company valuation for the processes of purchase/sale offers. PAS Foundation Honorary Advisor. I have developed courses for Tec de Monterrey and Tec Milenio at a professional and master's level. I worked at Casa de Bolsa Scotiabank, SAB as a FOREX manager. I was a consultant in the development of new mortgage products at Probursa, SA.

Mauricio Ballesteros is the Retail Banking Director at Hey Banco. As part of his responsibilities, he manages the product and commercial efforts for the retail market. He is highly focused on achieving an exceptional customer-centric experience through innovative products and effective go-to-market strategies. Mauricio is highly motivated by creating new business opportunities, learning and executing new trends, and implementing innovation efforts in corporations. He strives to make an impact in his society through innovation in financial services.

Oliver Schilke

Professor Schilke is an Associate Professor (with tenure) at the Eller College of Management, in the Department of Management and Organizations at the University of Arizona, as well as an Associate Professor (by courtesy) in the School of Sociology, and is also the Founder and Director of the Center for Trust Studies at the University of Arizona. He has teaching experience at the University of California, in Los Angeles; at the Technical University of Munich, in Germany; at the EGADE Business School of the Tecnológico de Monterrey; and at the RWTH Aachen University, in Germany.
