Bertha Leticia is a Ph.D. student in Engineering Sciences at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has focused her studies on the adoption of Industry 4.0 and the relevance of human development in this new era, presenting several publications at international conferences. In 2019, she received her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
