Samuel Mongrut holds a Ph.D in Finance from Universitat de Barcelona (Spain), a Master in Economics from Maastricht University (Netherlands) and a bachelor degree from Universidad del Pacifico (Peru). He studied Quantitative Economics at the Netherlands Network of Quantitative Economics (NAKE) and he has participated in research projects at the National Opinion Research Center (NORC) from the University of Chicago (United States).

Strategy and Management

Dr. Christiane Molina is Research Professor in the Strategy and Leadership Department at EGADE Business School. She currently teaches corporate sustainability to MBA students and courses on strategic planning, innovation and sustainability, and planning models and processes at the State of Mexico Campus. Dr. Molina is a prominent coach of the Best Mexican Companies program at Deloitte, Banamex and Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has also provided advice to family businesses in the Family Business Value Creation Program in the metropolitan area of ​​Mexico City.

Dr. del Alto Hernández is Director of the Master in Finance Program on the EGADE Monterrey Campus. She specializes in the valuation of companies, corporate finance, financial information analysis and money and capital markets, fields in which she has participated in publications, conferences, and workshops. Her intellectual contributions include co-authorship of the book "Finanzas para todos Desde El Financiero", as well as article “Instrumentos Financieros y la Respuesta de la Profesión Contable”, published in the magazine Consultoría de Negocios of the ICPNL.

Miguel A. Montoya is a professor and researcher at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, campus Guadalajara since 1996. His PhD is in Applied Economics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and he is a member of the National System of Researchers of CONACYT in Mexico. He has published and presented research papers on business at the base of the pyramid, multinational companies and regulatory issues in books, magazines and refereed academic congresses from different countries.

Oscar has been a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and currently teaches at the Institute of Public Accountants of Nuevo León. Oscar is the Director of Taxes and Legal Services of the International Tax practice at PwC and has more than 10 years of experience advising companies from different industries. He has actively participated in the application of taxes in Mexico, international treaties and in the structure of international operations. Oscar was assigned for two years at the PwC San Jose office in California, working primarily with technology companies and startups.
