Luis Gerardo González López has been involved in projects related to social entrepreneurship, social responsibility on companies and education for peace since some of his interests are the ethical dimension, and social engagement. He studied psychology because, from a young age, he felt the need to create environments where people could grow and develop. He studied a master's degree in Applied Ethics to better understand the elements that might aid in a more humane and just decision making.

He is currently director of the Regional Department of Management and Leadership of the Business School in the South Region of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, he has a doctorate in Government and Public Administration from the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset of Madrid Spain.He has been a consultant, researcher and professor in the areas of planning, strategy, transformation, competitiveness and regional development for the past 19 years, in addition to having designed and facilitated various projects and processes of strategic development, competitiveness and educational innovation.

Dr. Velarde currently holds the position of Director of Academic Programs at EGADE Business School. His fields of teaching and research include macroeconomics and microeconomics, corporate finance, bond markets and capital markets. He has published on various economic and financial themes including various papers on the valuation of public companies listed on the Mexican stock Exchange and case studies at a national and international level, including “México:¿Se hubiera podido prevenir la crisis de 1994?” and “Selling? That is easy".

Héctor Shibata is the Investment Director of AC Ventures, a Corporate Venture Capital Fund, where he is responsible for leading the investment processes and managing the portfolio. Also, Hector is an adjunct professor at the EGADE Business School at the Monterrey Tech for Entrepreneurial Finance. Prior to this, Hector participated in a Fintech Startup. In addition, Héctor held previous positions in Private Equity and in Corporate and Investment Banking in New York and Mexico.

Currently Ecommerce and Digital Director at LITS Adventures and MBA Professor of Business Intelligence at EGADE-Tecnológico de Monterrey, Cédric Vialle carried out more than 20 consulting projects in strategy, digital transformation, omnichannel experience and electronic commerce. In Latin America, Europe and Asia, Cédric has helped transformed companies in the retail, supermarkets, consumer products, telecommunications, banking and tourism sectors. Cédric teaches also  digital transformation classes at Ebusiness Academy (CDMX).

During the 18 years he lived in New York City, José was a Senior Vice President at digital agencies like Ogilvy, Harrison and Star, and Concentric.
