Professor Quepons has a 29-year professional career at Tecnológico de Monterrey, during which he has served as Director of the administrative department; a Program Director and a regular Associate Professor at the EGADE Business School, Monterrey Campus. He was the Founding Director of the Master Program in Business Management at EGADE Business School, and the National Coordinator of the Academy of Business Management of ITESM System, overseeing the design of the 2011 syllabus for the Bachelor in Business Management.

Claudia Ramos
Organizational Behavior

Professor Ramos Garza’s research focuses on themes linked to the areas of  strategy and organizational behavior. She has published on the themes of personality, diversity, decision-making styles, strategic consensus, team processes, and innovation-oriented culture. She has been a member of the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Conacyt (2006-2010) and has received several awards for her intellectual contribution from DAF Campus Monterrey and EGADE Business School.

Lourdes Ocampo Coria

Lourdes Ocampo is Doctor in Human Development and her main interest is organizational change and women leadership. She has worked in Tec de Monterrey since 1987, as well as in outreach activities advising companies and educational institutions on the development of Human Capital in Mexico, the United States and Latin America. She collaborates as a senior consultant at Remus & Associates and has conducted research on occupational diseases (Burnout and Mobbing Syndrome) and has publications on sorority and female leadership.

Francisco Javier Valderrey Villar

He is Professor at the León Campus in the area of international business. He collaborates in the Strategic Research Group Strategy and Management of Organizations in Emerging Economies and the European think tank Choiseul Institute. He is a member of the National System of Researchers of Mexico. He has a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Valencia, Spain, Master in International Management, from Thunderbird, Phoenix. Az, and Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, from the University of Houston, Tx.

Beatriz González has a degree in Marketing from ITESM, Campus Monterrey and a master’s degree in Administration from the same institute. Is a PhD student in Administrative Sciences from EGADE Business School. Has a certification in Business Data Analytics of Texas University. Current Director of the Marketing Career Department at ITESM, Campus Monterrey. Has delivered courses of Qualitative Market Research, Quantitative Market Research and Business Intelligence at ITESM, Campus Monterrey since August 1998 up until the current date.

Dan Toma

Co-founder of Outcome and author of The Corporate Startup. Dan comes from an entrepreneurial background – he has been involved with technology startups across the world. Puzzled by the questions ‘why are innovative products mainly launched by startups?’, he focuses on enterprise innovation strategy – specifically on the changes blue-chip organizations need to make to allow for new ventures to be built in a corporate setting. In this capacity he worked with companies like Deutsche Telekom, Bosch, Jaguar Land Rover, Bayer, John Deere or Allianz.

Adjunct professor in the avenue of enterprising professor. Teaching subjects: Entrepreneurial Leadership Development, Selected Topics of Senior Business Management, Administration and Innovation. Participating in committees for the development of new study plans known as TEC 21. Instructor in the Executive Education division, on the topics of innovation and intrapreneurship. Member of the Academic Senate as of January 2019.

Leonardo Chin

Leonardo Chin did his undergraduate in Telecommunications and Microelectronics Engineering at Tec de Monterrey in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Right now, he serves as Scrum Master (certified by Scrum Alliance in 2019), in a team of embedded software for an automotive focused company. He is also pursuing an MBA degree at EGADE Business School.
