He is professor of Lean Thinking and Process Innovation in EGADE MBA and in the Master´s in Engineering Management in Tecnologico de Monterrey. He has more than 25 years of experience working in managerial positions in Quality and Manufacturing in international companies in the energy (General Electric-Prolec) and automotive (Yazaki) industries. He has been recognized 3 times as the Best Professor of the Semester in Digital Experiences and in 2019, as Distinguished EGADE Professor.

Richard Wells is President of The Lexington Group, a company that consults to senior management on topics related to “sustainable competitiveness”—long-term, socially and environmentally sustainable national and business competitiveness. He has consulted to major and startup companies in the U.S and Latin America, the World Bank and the Interamerican Development Bank, business organizations including Mexico ́s Consejo Coordinador Empresarial, The Conference Board and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, as well as to national and state government agencies.

Álvaro de Garay Arellano was Director of EGADE Business School in Mexico City. Álvaro is an independent Board Member of the Royal Bank of Scotland in Mexico and of the Technical Committee of the Macquarie Mexico Real Estate Management Trust Fund. He has served in senior leadership position in the international financial services sector, including as, Risk and Compliance Director in the Asset Management Division of Citigroup Latin America, Vice President of Planning and Marketing in Citibank Mexico and Divisional Director of Credit Analysis and Strategic Planning in GBM-Atlantic Group.

Dr. Enciso González is an expert in institutional analysis and its impact on business, topics on which he has published a range of academic articles. He has also lectured on various economic and institutional themes, based on his academic background in the fields of international business and the global economy. Eva González

Eva González has a PhD in Communication from the University of Seville, Spain, and has a postdoctoral degree in Marketing from the University of Tulane, USA. She is currently a senior lecturer in the Marketing and Analytics department of the Business School and EGADE Business School, at Tecnológico de Monterrey where she teaches subjects in the area of market research and marketing strategy. She is an active researcher and member of the Mexican National Research System, and she leads the Strategic Research Group in Retail at the Tec system level.

Dr. Saucedo has been a researcher at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas (2009-2011) and has worked as Alternate Director in the Automotive Industry in the Sub Secretariat of Industry and Commerce (2001-2004) in the Secretariat of Economy of the Federal Government. He has also been a financial analyst in General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC). Currently, he is a member of the SNI, (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Conacyt  as well as the American Economic Hispanic Association, and the Western Social Science Association.
