Behavioral economist with experience in public policy design and evaluation, and project management. For the last nine years I have been totally devoted to the analysis of the design, implementation and evaluation of Mexico's Energy Reform. For the last six, I have led one of Tecnológico de Monterrey's, Mexico's largest private university and Top 30 worldwide within private universities, strategic initiatives. I have been privileged to lead three multidisciplinary consortiums in energy with academic institutions from Canada, the US, and Mexico, energy firms and policymakers.

Linda Elizabeth Ruiz

Linda Elizabeth Ruiz is a professor of entrepreneurship at the Undergraduate Business School at Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration. Her central area of study is oriented to the entrepreneurial and innovative behavior that occurs within established organizations. She is particularly interested in the study of entrepreneurial and innovative behavior from a gender perspective. Moreover, she seeks to analyze the implications of the activity over the regions.

Participa también como catedrática en la EGADE en la materia Fundamentos Analíticos para los Negocios, impartiendo el módulo de Contabilidad y Finanzas a nivel maestría en la EGADE, Business School. Cris Bravo Monge

Cris is passionate lecturer and researcher of social entrepreneurship and innvovatio. He has a doctoral degree Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego; Cris was a visiting professor at the school of business of Tec de  Monterrey, and a  professor of the School of Business at the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnologia (ULACIT), in Costa Rica. He also serves as a mentor for the Global Social Benefit Institute at Santa Clara University.

Dr. Valdovinos Hernández focuses his research efforts and his teaching in the areas of financial accounting, administrative accounting, and administrative control, analysis and interpretation of accounting and financial information systems, evaluation of projects, and corporate finance. He has taught sessions and lectures internationally on these areas in the United States and Italy, and he has also been a visiting professor at the University of San Diego (USA).
