Operations Management

Dr. Trigos Salazar has published broadly on areas related to the sustainable use of quantitative tools to maximize corporate performance. His research interests range from business analytics, industrial and corporate statistics, simulation and math programming, to economic engineering, corporate finance, and investments. He is a member of the SNI (Sistema Nacional de Investigadores), Level 1, Conacyt, and he is also a member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences.

Mario Doria

Doctor in Strategic Planning, he alternates his work between consulting in the strategic design of SME companies and teaching graduate topics of strategy, senior management and simulation. His research interests are oriented towards supporting business families to improve the performance of their company simultaneously with the achievement of their family goals. Dr. Doria is a member of the Strategic Management Association and the Academy of Management.

Raúl J. Ruiz Cabrera

Dr. Raúl J. Ruiz-Cabrera is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing and Analysis and Part-time Professor in the Vice-Rector's Office for Online Programs at the Monterrey Campus of Tecnológico de Monterrey. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in face-to-face and online formats for these departments in the areas of Marketing, Internal Marketing, Product Development and Strategy. In more than 30 years in the academy, Dr. Ruiz has been Part-time and Full-time Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, EGADE Business School and Universidad Tec Milenio.

Claudia Gómez Borquez

Claudia Gómez Borquez is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Consumer Behavior at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey. She holds a master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Sheffield. Currently, she is living in Vancouver, Canada, where she is doing research, in SFU Beedie School of Business, to create models to shift consumer behavior towards more sustainable consumption. Claudia has participated in different international social development projects, including Egypt, Greece and Brazil.

Sergio Madero

Sergio Madero studied PhD in Universidad de Deusto, San Sebastián, Spain, Master in Organization Development and MBA, Bachelors in Information Systems Tecnologico de Monterrey. Currently is working as a full time research professor in Management Academic Department at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey. is a Full time Professor at the School of Business in Tecnologico de Monterrey, México. Sergio Madero’s research interests focus on the areas of HRM, Workplace environment, Attract and Retain talent (e.g. compensation management, career and first experience job).

Fernando Galindo Cruz

Fernando Galindo teaches Corporate Governance and Ethics at the EGADE. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Konstanz (Germany), and an MA in Philosophy from the UNAM. His AOS is business ethics; his AOC are philosophy of business, philosophy of finance and political philosophy in the continental tradition.  Currently, he is Director of Crime Prevention, at the Police Department in Toluca city. He is also a political essayist.

Eduardo Enrique Aguiñaga Maldonado
Sustainability and Technological Innovation

Dr. Aguiñaga’s research is focused on sustainability and innovation issues, mainly on those regarding the concept of circular economy. Thanks to his knowledge on circular economy, he acquired the position of Circular Economy Leader at HEINEKEN Mexico, where he led the company's transition strategy into this new economic model. As a member of the Sistema Nacional de Investigadores, he has published various scientific articles.

Andrea Cantú Garza

Andrea Cantú Garza is a doctoral student in the Business Administration program at EGADE Business School. She is currently part of the SWIT Research Center (Sustainable Wealth creation based on Disruptive Innovation and Enabling Technologies), investigating topics linked to sustainability, plastics, and the circular economy. Additionally, she has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Science from James Cook University, Australia.
